Emerging Leaders for Social Change (ELSC) began with a group of friends – who were leaders in the not-for-profit (social) sector – meeting in a pub to talk about the challenges of their roles and the issues with the status quo. This group grew and leaders from other sectors joined the conversation. Over time, common challenges were identified and leaders gained new insights and approaches from talking with other leaders.
